The LP 2844 suits all applications with a medium print amount. It produces labels, tickets or tags by means of the thermodirect procedure and is thereby intended especially for short and medium-term labeling and similar actions. It does not require a thermal transfer ribbon, but prints directly onto thermo-sensitive paper. Due to the strong print contrast, bar codes are being presented in a best possible and easy-to-read way. The direct thermal print is particularly economic because it does not need thermal transfer ribbons.
